IT Support Executive


The IT Support Executive role is to ensure the streamlined operation of the IT Department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization. This individual will plan, coordinate and support daily operational activities of the IT department and provide IT support to the company staff. This person will implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

 

Responsibilities:

– Provide technical support per request from end users. Investigate and troubleshoot issues
– Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted users.
– Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
– Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks.
– Communicates with co-worker and management as appropriate, providing management with all current concerns related to the installation/service needs of the system on a daily basis.
– Provide desktop support and perform installation and configuration of PCs, Notebooks, Printer, IT equipment and peripherals.
– Troubleshoot, diagnose and solve hardware, software, system and network problems, manage and maintenance of network equipment such as wireless point, routers and switches.
– Perform periodic system health check and maintenance on servers, storage and network security devices.
– Responsible for the day-to- day operations of company IT infrastructure including the Network, Servers, Intranet, Internet, E-mail, Workstations, Antivirus, Backup System, Server Room, Printers and all other hardware.
– To ensure that all necessary Hardware/ Network equipment procurement, maintenance and upgrades are sustained in a proactive manner.
– To work with user to identify any requirements in term of IT System and infrastructure an effort to determining possible solutions to satisfy business needs.
– To help develop and implement company IT standards and ensure that company maintains its compliance with these standards such information protection/security, disaster recovery a more Information Technology specific standards.
– Maintain logs related to network functions, as well as maintenance and repair records.

 

Requirements:

Minimum a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT support
Competencies and experience in LAN, WAN, firewall, VPN, routing, telecom administration, PBX/voice, network protocols and services and all aspects of IT systems administration essential.
Experience in Anti-Virus and Security administration.
Strong skills for software and hardware troubleshooting.
Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of associates in the organization.

Graphic Designer


The graphic design will work on a variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, magazines, posters, user experience and user interface design, tour package development, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, i.e. giving organization a visual ‘brand’.

The work demands creative flair, up-to- date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

 

Responsibilities:

– Design and produce tour packages
– Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and   materials.
– Plan concept by studying information and materials.
– Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
– Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
– Prepare finished copy and art.
– Prepare final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
– Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions.
– Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
– Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
– Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

Requirements:

Minimum a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Creative Art, Graphic Design, Multimedia or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in graphic design

Extensive knowledge Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and other related tools

Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of associates in the organization.
