Seamless Travel Requests Without Online Access
Even without access to our online booking tool, corporate travellers can still request trips seamlessly:
Submit a Travel Request
Fill in travel details (destination, dates, purpose) manually, ideal when GDS or OBT access isn’t available.
Manager Approval
The request is routed through defined approval workflows for managerial sign-off before confirmation.
Agency Booking
Upon approval, Sri Sutra Travel handles the full booking process offline, including flights, hotels, transfers, insurance, etc.
Offline Confirmation
Once booked, we upload confirmed itineraries directly into the Corporate Assist platform (and/or send via email) for your records.
