BORNEO VILLA (total built up size is 32X46ft) has 5 units well-fitted with double bed built on water with stilts offer sheer comfort. This villa is exquisitely furnished with contemporary furniture and décor, equipped with remote control air-conditioner, ceiling fan, private bathroom-hot/cold shower and toilet, 2-persons 1acuzzi, a living room with a mini pantry, spacious private balcony offer panoramic vistas of blue sea, selected satellite TV channels, mini bar, coffee/tea maker, hairdryer and in-room safety box.
BOUGAIN VILLA (total built up size is 56X40ft) well-fitted with a double bed built on water with stilts offer sheer comfort. This villa is exquisitely furnished with contemporary furniture and décor, equipped with remote control air-conditioner, ceiling fan, private bathroom-hot/cold shower and toilet, 2-persons jacuzzi, a living room with a mini pantry, spacious private balcony offer panoramic vistas of blue sea, selected satellite TV channels, mini bar, coffee/tea maker, hairdryer and in-room safety box.
ROYALE VILLA (total size is 50X64ft) is a house with 2-rooms well-fitted with double bed built on water with stilts offer sheer comfort. Remarks - Minimum capacity / price for this type of villa is based on 4 people at any one time. Booking for 5 people and above, the price will be based on a per person basis.

‣ The resort has fifteen (15) custom-built fiberglass dive boats and three (3) half-cabin passenger/transport
boats. These dive boats can carry 10 divers each and get to any of the island dive sites in 15 minutes or
more. Each boat goes out three times a day with a boatman and divemaster
‣ All land and boat transfers are on a sharing basis. A private charter can be arranged on request (with additional
charges apply)

Upon confirmation, by no of working days, penalty will be applied 20 days - 15 days: 50% of the full payment will be forfeited 14 days - 08 days: 75% of the full payment will be forfeited 07 days - 0 days: 100% of the full payment will be forfeited
12) Cancellation will be accepted on written notice. But subject to hotel/supplier approval otherwise it remains as fully charged and non-refundable
13) Sri Sutra reserves the right to alter the itinerary, accommodation, route, or timing whenever necessary or in the case of unforeseen situation
