8) Payment mode Full payment once booking is confirmed 50% deposit upon confirmation for booking within 40-60 days prior to service date Balance payment 20 working days before service date or subject to hotel/supplier dateline

11) Cancellation policy General cancellation policy (does not apply to peak season)
Upon confirmation, by no of working days, penalty will be applied 20 days - 15 days: 50% of the full payment will be forfeited 14 days - 08 days: 75% of the full payment will be forfeited 07 days - 0 days: 100% of the full payment will be forfeited
12) Cancellation will be accepted on written notice. But subject to hotel/supplier approval otherwise it remains as fully charged and non-refundable
13) Sri Sutra reserves the right to alter the itinerary, accommodation, route, or timing whenever necessary or in the case of unforeseen situation
