Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MICE Travel Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE). This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end event travel planning, ensuring high service standards, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, plan, manage, and execute MICE travel programs from concept to completion
- Coordinate flights, accommodation, transportation, venues, and on-ground logistics
- Liaise with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and event suppliers to negotiate rates and contracts
- Develop customized proposals and itineraries based on client requirements
- Manage event budgets, cost control, and billing accuracy
- Oversee on-site operations and resolve issues promptly during events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
- Stay updated on MICE trends, destinations, and industry best practices
Candidate Requirements
Education
- Minimum Degree holder in any discipline
- Degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, or related fields is an advantage
Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the travel or hospitality industry
- Experience in sourcing, pitching, negotiating, planning, and managing MICE projects is preferred
