1) Prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR)

2) Prices are based on per person, with a minimum of 2 pax to go.

6) This package rate is only applied to low season of the month except for long weekend holiday, peak season,Malaysia school holiday and Malaysia Public Holiday

7) All products and services offered are subject to availability at the time of booking (limited slots).

8) Payment Terms:

• A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation for bookings made 40–60 days prior to the service date.

• Balance payment must be made 20 working days before the service date or according to the hotel/supplier deadline.

Note: Please send a copy of the payment/remittance slip for reference. All bank charges are to be borne by the payer.

10) All payments made are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or non-utilization of the package.

11) Cancellation Policy (not applicable during peak season):

     Upon confirmation, the following penalties will apply based on the number of working days before the service date:

   • 25–20 days: 50% of the total payment will be forfeited

   • 19–15 days: 75% of the total payment will be forfeited

   • 14–0 days: 100% of the total payment will be forfeited

12) Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to approval by the hotel or supplier. Otherwise, the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.

13) Sri Sutra Travel reserves the right to alter the itinerary, accommodation, route, or schedule when  necessary or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
