DAY 01: ARRIVAL JAKARTA – BANDUNG TOUR (L/D)
Meeting service upon arrival at Soekarno Hatta Airport, then transfer to Bandung via highway. En route you will visit TAMAN MINI INDONESIA INDAH. It represents for 33 provinces at Indonesia Cultural Park. Lunch at local restaurant. Arrival Bandung direct to factory outlet shopping at RUMAH MODE. Afterward transfer to hotel for check in. Dinner at local restaurant, free at own leisure. Overnight at Bandung.

DAY 02: BANDUNG – LEMBANG TOUR (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel. Visit FARM HOUSE. Proceed to THE LODGE OF MARIBAYA. LEMBANG FLOATING MARKET. Lunch at local restaurant. Shopping at JL.RIAU (FACTORY OUTLET: SUMMIT, HERITAGE, CASCADE, THE SECRET, etc). Dinner at local restaurant. Transfer back to hotel. Overnight at Bandung.

DAY 03: BANDUNG SHOPPING – JAKARTA (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel. Shopping at TOKO TIGA (original jeans), PASAR BARU WHOLESALE market for buying telekung, kain, etc. Lunch at local restaurant. Afterward proceed back to Jakarta via highway. Arrival Jakarta direct to hotel for check in. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at Jakarta.

DAY 04: JAKARTA – DEPARTURE (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Shopping at Mangga Dua or Tanah Abang city center. Transfer to airport for departure.

● Meals will be served as per the hotel’s standard timing
● Standard Hotel timings: Check in – after 1500hrs; Check out – 1200hrs
● Early Check in & Late Checkout – Subject to availability of hotel rooms
● Wi-Fi in the room – Subject to hotel’s internet policy
● In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation
will be made in a hotel of similar category
● A maximum of 3 adults is allowed in a room. The third occupant shall be provided a
mattress/rollaway bed.
● Safety caution for clients – Parents may take care of their own children
● The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation shall be provided as per the
itinerary and will not be at disposal.
● All transfers and sightseeing shall be provided by an exclusive vehicle unless otherwise specified.
● Some vehicles may not enter hotel premises due to narrow road, market area, congested
entrance etc.
● Vehicles may not enter parking points of all monuments; guests may have to walk their
way into the monument.
● Some services may be affected by severe and unpredicted weather conditions.
● Due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended with/without prior notice. However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged.
● Some hotels do not possess liquor license. You are not permitted to consume liquor in public in those hotels. Kindly confirm the license status with the hotel, if required.
● IPR will not be responsible for the loss of your valuables during the course of this trip.
● Supplementary cost will be applicable if the travel date is during national holidays, festivals and during Christmas & New Year.
BOOKING POLICY:
● Reservation booking 7-10 days / (30-60 Days for Peak Period)
● Prices are based on per person, with a minimum of 2 pax to go.
● A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation for bookings made 40–60 days prior to the service date.
● The booking will be confirmed after the deposit payment will be made.
● The price quoted is merely a quotation. No booking has been made until we receive your written confirmation.
● The company will not make booking 5 days before arrival date/ tour starts.
● Package prices are subject to change without prior notice.
● Sri Sutra Travel reserves the right to alter the itinerary, accommodation, route, or schedule when necessary or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
CANCELLATION POLICY (NOT APPLICABLE DURING PEAK SEASON):
● Cancellation 45 days before the tour starts: a 30% fee will be charged.
● Cancellation 30 days before the tour starts: a 50% fee will be charged.
● Cancellation 15 days before the tour starts: a 100% fee will be charged.
● No-show: 100% of the total price will be charged.
* Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to approval by the hotel or supplier. Otherwise, the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
● All payments made are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or non-utilization of the package.
REFUND POLICY:
In case of cancellation booking, after cancellation charged, the remaining payment will be kept for next
booking. The refund will applicable to be claimed for the next booking within 1 year and no policy to refund by monetary terms.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
● A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation for bookings made 40–60 days prior to the service date.
● The 1st 50% deposit (no refund) of total expenses is required within 7days after the booking is confirmed.
● Balance payment must be made 30 working days before the service date or according to the hotel/supplier deadline.
