Overview

Xi’an, historically known as Changan, is the capital of Shaanxi Province and one of China’s Four Great Ancient Capitals. Situated on the Guanzhong Plain, it serves as a major cultural, industrial, and educational hub in Northwest China.

Itinery

  • Day 1: Arrival - Xian (-)

    Arrive at Xian International Airport late at night. Meet & assist by our Tour guide at airport. Transfer to hotel for check in. Overnights at hotel in Xian.

  • Day 2: Xian (B/L/D)

    Breakfast at hotel. Proceed for day Tour to visit Small Wild Goose Pagoda + Xian Museum (with earphone). After Lunch, continue to visit Local Mosque, Jade Factory, Dinner, North Square of Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Grand Tang Dynasty Ever, and Bright City. Back to hotel. Overnight in Xian.

  • Day 3: Xian (B/L/D)

    Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to visit Ancient City Wall, Three-Color Ceramic Factory, Lunch and Prayer, Terracotta Warriors, Museum (Include Earphones), Dinner. Back to hotel.

  • Day 4: Xian (B/L/D)

    Breakfast at hotel. Proceed to visit Hancheng Lake Park, Silk Store, Lunch and Prayer, Northwest Wholesale Market, Dinner. Overnight in Xian.

  • Day 5: Xian - Departure (B/L)

    Breakfast & Rest at hotel in the morning. Check out at 12:00pm: Lunch to visit Great Mosque. Free Activities,at Muslim Street. Dinner on own arrangement. Transfer to Xian airport at night for flight departure.

     

  • Day 6: Xian – KL (-)

    Flight departs from Xian at midnight.

    Note: The order of sightseeing might be amended by our tour guide for time & customer value maximization but the places to visit will remain unchanged.

06) Rates is not valid during long weekends and high season periods. Surcharge may apply depending on the hotel/resort

07) All products and services offered are subject to availability upon booking (limited slot)

08) Payment Terms:

• A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation for bookings made 40–60 days prior to the service date.

• Balance payment must be made 20 working days before the service date or according to the hotel/supplier deadline.

Note: Please send a copy of the payment/remittance slip for reference. All bank charges are to be borne by the payer.

10) All payments made are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or non-utilization of the package.

11) Cancellation Policy (not applicable during peak season):

    Upon confirmation, the following penalties will apply based on the number of working days before the service date:

  • 25–20 days: 50% of the total payment will be forfeited

  • 19–15 days: 75% of the total payment will be forfeited

  • 14–0 days: 100% of the total payment will be forfeited

12) Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to approval by the hotel or supplier. Otherwise, the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.

13) Sri Sutra Travel reserves the right to alter the itinerary, accommodation, route, or schedule when necessary or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
