• Any International / Domestic airfare/airport tax.
• Any visa charges.
• Travel/ Accidental Insurance cover/ COVID Insurance cover. Any tests for COVID-19
• Tipping for Guide / Driver / Helper.
• Any Christmas & New Year Eve Dinner.
• Expenses of personal nature such as table drinks during meals at hotels/restaurants, Telephone calls, Laundry, Porter age at airports / Hotels, Room service.
• Any additional expenses incurred due to any flight / Train delays/rescheduling or cancelation, weather conditions, political closures, technical faults, Fires, floods, explosions, strikes, embargoes or any other act or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Aayan Journeys.
• Camera fee (Still/Video)
• Any other services not specified above.

Booking Policy:

Reservation booking 7-10 days / (30-60 Days for Peak Period)

Prices are based on per person, with a minimum of 2 pax to go.

A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation for bookings made 40–60 days prior to the service date.

The booking will be confirmed after the deposit payment will be made.

The price quoted is merely a quotation. No booking has been made until we receive your written confirmation.

The company will not make booking 5 days before arrival date/ tour starts.

Package prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Sri Sutra Travel reserves the right to alter the itinerary, accommodation, route, or schedule when necessary or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation policy (not applicable during peak season):

Cancellation 45 days before the tour starts: a 30% fee will be charged.

Cancellation 30 days before the tour starts: a 50% fee will be charged.

Cancellation 15 days before the tour starts: a 100% fee will be charged.

No-show : 100% of the total price will be charged.

Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to approval by the hotel or supplier.

Otherwise, the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.

All payments made are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or non-utilization of the

package.

Refund Policy:

In case of cancellation booking, after cancellation charged, the remaining payment will be kept for next booking. The refund will applicable to be claimed for the next booking within 1 year and no policy to refund by monetary terms.

 
Terms of Payment:

The 1st 50% deposit (no refund) of total expenses is required within 7days after the booking is confirmed.

Balance payment must be made 30 working days before the service date or according to the hotel/supplier deadline.
