Overview

Andalusia is a large autonomous region of hills, rivers and farmland bordering Spain’s southern coast. It was under Moorish rule from the 8th-15th centuries, a legacy that shows in its architecture, including such landmarks as the Alcázar castle in Seville, the capital city, as well as Córdoba’s Mezquita Mosque-Cathedral and Granada’s Alhambra palace.

Madrid Spain's central capital, is a city of elegant boulevards and expansive, manicured parks such as the Buen Retiro. It’s renowned for its rich repositories of European art, including the Prado Museum’s works by Goya, Velázquez and other Spanish masters. The heart of old Hapsburg Madrid is the portico-lined Plaza Mayor, and nearby is the baroque Royal Palace and Armory, displaying historic weaponry.

Itinery

  • Day 1: MADRID ARRIVAL
    • Arrival at Madrid’s Airport. (Warm welcome by our Muslim guide). 
    • Explore the dynamic city of Madrid, (capital with an Arabic name and Islamic background). 
    • Enjoy a city sightseeing tour including iconic landmarks such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor Square, and Casa de la Panadería. 
    • Visit the magnificent Palacio Real (Royal Palace) and marvel at the bustling Gran Via, Plaza de España, Plaza de Cibeles and Plaza de Castilla. 
    • Take a photo stop at the Bernabeu football stadium of Real Madrid. 
    • Conclude with a prayer stop at Abu Bakr Mosque, the Central Mosque of Madrid. 
    • Overnight stay in Madrid.

    Note: This itinerary takes into account that the ETA is in the morning. 

  • Day 2: MADRID – TOLEDO – CORDOBA (B/-/-)
    • After breakfast, travel to Toledo, the “city of three cultures”. You will be taken through the unique blend of Christian, Jewish, and Islamic influences that have shaped Toledo’s rich history.
    • Take a photo stop at the breath taking Moorish bridges of San Martin & Alcantara. Explore the renowned Sword Factory, a symbol of Toledo's craftsmanship. 
    • Stroll through the old city center, visiting the Cristo de la Luz Mosque, one of 11 former mosques in Toledo.
    • In the afternoon, continue journey to Cordoba.
    • Overnight stay in Cordoba.

  • Day 3: CORDOBA – SEVILLE (B/-/-)
    • After breakfast, explore Cordoba, the ancient capital of the Islamic Emirate of Al-Andalus.
    • Visit the Great Mosque of Cordoba, once the world's second-largest mosque after Masjid al-Haram in Mecca.
    • Visiting the Andalusian Palace-City Medinat Az–Zahra, UNESCO World A heritage site, it is a luxurious seat
    • caliphate in the 10th century.
    • In the afternoon, continue journey to Seville.
    • Overnight stay in Seville.

  • Day 4: SEVILLE – GRANADA (B/-/-)
    • After breakfast, explore Plaza de España and the historic city center of Seville, a very important place in Al-Andalus, and cross the largest river in Andalusia.
    • The tour continues to Seville, where the iconic Giralda and once the Great Mosque of Seville are located.
    • Then explore the beauty of its orange gardens, Alcazar Palace and Golden Tower (a treasure trove of Islamic heritage of Al-Andalus).
    • In the afternoon, continue journey to Granada.
    • Overnight stay in Granada.

  • Day 5: GRANADA (B/-/-)
    • After breakfast, explore Granada, the capital of the last Islamic Emirate of Al-Andalus.
    • Visit the Generalife Gardens and Alhambra Palace (UNESCO World Heritage).
    • In the afternoon, enjoy panoramic views at San Miguel Alto and visit the Albaicin quarter, then to the Main Mosque of Granada.
    • Next visit to San Nicolas Viewpoint and Plaza Nueva.
    • Overnight stay in Granada.

  • Day 6: GRANADA – MADRID (B/-/-)
    • After breakfast, journey to Madrid. 
    • Upon arrival in Madrid, guests will be taken on a shopping spree in Spain - the leading destination for the best and cheapest finds in Europe.
    • From vibrant local markets to trendy boutiques, explore the diverse and budget-friendly retail landscape of Spain.

  • Day 7: MADRID DEPARTURE (B/-/-)
    • After breakfast, free time until transfer to Madrid Airport.
    • End of the journey.

• 12H Availability of Muslim English-speaking Guide

• 12H Comfortable Transportation.

• Accommodation 4 Stars (Bed and Breakfast).

• 1 mineral water per days.

Booking Policy:

• Reservation booking 7-10 days / (30-60 Days for Peak Period)

• Prices are based on per person, with a minimum of 2 pax to go.

• A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation for bookings made 40–60 days prior to the     service date.

• The booking will be confirmed after the deposit payment will be made.

• The price quoted is merely a quotation. No booking has been made until we receive your written confirmation.

• The company will not make booking 5 days before arrival date/ tour starts.

• Package prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Sri Sutra Travel reserves the right to alter the itinerary, accommodation, route, or schedule when necessary or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

 

Cancellation policy (not applicable during peak season):

• Cancellation 45 days before the tour starts: a 30% fee will be charged.

• Cancellation 30 days before the tour starts: a 50% fee will be charged.

• Cancellation 15 days before the tour starts: a 100% fee will be charged.

• No-show: 100% of the total price will be charged.

* Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to approval by the hotel or supplier. Otherwise, the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.

• All payments made are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or non-utilization of the package.

  

Refund Policy: 

In case of cancellation booking, after cancellation charged, the remaining payment will be kept for next

booking. The refund will applicable to be claimed for the next booking within 1 year and no policy to refund by monetary terms.

 

Terms of Payment:

• A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation for bookings made 40–60 days prior to the     service date.

• The 1st 50% deposit (no refund) of total expenses is required within 7days after the booking is confirmed.

• Balance payment must be made 30 working days before the service date or according to the hotel/supplier deadline.
