• A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation for bookings made 40–60 days prior to the service date.

• Balance payment must be made 20 working days before the service date or according to the hotel/supplier deadline.

10)All payments made are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or non-utilization of the package.

11) Cancellation Policy (not applicable during peak season):

Upon confirmation, the following penalties will apply based on the number of working days before the service date:

• 25–20 days: 50% of the total payment will be forfeited

• 19–15 days: 75% of the total payment will be forfeited

• 14–0 days: 100% of the total payment will be forfeited

12) Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to approval by the hotel or supplier.

Otherwise, the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable

13) Sri Sutra Travel reserves the right to alter the itinerary, accommodation, route, or schedule when necessary or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
