DAY 01: ARRIVAL– SASAK CULTURAL EXPERIENCE TOUR – CHECK-IN HOTEL (L/D)
•Arrival in Lombok. Upon arrival at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport, you will be met by our tour guide outside the arrival gate.
•Proceed to the Sasak Tour, visiting Sasak Sade Village (a traditional village that preserves local customs and unique architecture).
•Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in the Kuta area.
•Visit Kuta Beach (Mandalika), also known as Putri Nyale Beach, one of the most beautiful and natural beaches on the island.
•Photo stop in front of Mandalika Circuit.
•Continue to Tanjung Aan Beach, located about 5 km from Kuta Beach, featuring stunning white sand and crystal-clear water.
•Visit Merese Hill, a scenic green hill offering beautiful ocean views.
•Continue to Sukarara Village (famous for traditional weaving and double ikat handicrafts).
•Transfer to a local restaurant for dinner.
• After dinner, transfer to the hotel for check-in and rest

DAY 02: GILI TRAWANGAN TOUR – SHOPPING (B/L/D)
•After breakfast at the hotel, around 9:00 AM the tour begins to Malimbu Hill (photo stop), known for its beautiful panorama overlooking the three Gili islands: Gili Air, Gili Meno, and Gili Trawangan. Enjoy the bay view and crystal-clear sea at Malimbu Beach.
•Continue to Teluk Nare Harbor for the crossing to Gili Trawangan using a glass-bottom boat provided by us (island hopping to Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, and Gili Air).
•Enjoy activities such as snorkeling/diving, cycling around the island, and various water sports (personal expenses).
•Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.
•After enjoying your time at Gili Trawangan, return to Lombok.
•Proceed to a shopping center for Lombok souvenirs such as local snacks, traditional clothing, and famous Lombok pearls known for their high quality and affordable prices.
•Transfer to a local restaurant for dinner.
•Return to the hotel.

DAY 03: BENANG STOKEL & BENANG KELAMBU WATERFALL TOUR (B/L/D)
•After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Benang Stokel Waterfall, which has two streams with a height of around 30 meters. The waterfall on the left has a stronger flow compared to the one on the right.
•Continue to Benang Kelambu Waterfall, named because the falling water looks like threads of a curtain.
•Below the waterfall, there is a small natural pool where you can swim and enjoy the fresh water.
•The waterfall is located at an altitude of approximately 552 meters above sea level, within the Mount Rinjani National Park area.
•Lunch and dinner will be served at local restaurants.
•Transfer back to the hotel. Free program and rest.

DAY 04: DEPARTUE (B)
•After breakfast, free program at your own leisure.
•At the scheduled time, transfer to Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport for your departure back to your hometown.
•End of the tour. Thank you and see you on your next journey!

Booking Policy:
•Reservation booking 7-10 days / (30-60 Days for Peak Period)
•Prices are based on per person, with a minimum of 2 pax to go.
•A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation for bookings made 40–60 days prior to the service date.
•The booking will be confirmed after the deposit payment will be made.
•The price quoted is merely a quotation. No booking has been made until we receive your written confirmation.
•The company will not make booking 5 days before arrival date/ tour starts.
•Package prices are subject to change without prior notice.
•Sri Sutra Travel reserves the right to alter the itinerary, accommodation, route, or schedule when necessary or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
•Cancellation policy (not applicable during peak season):
•Cancellation 45 days before the tour starts: a 30% fee will be charged.
•Cancellation 30 days before the tour starts: a 50% fee will be charged.
•Cancellation 15 days before the tour starts: a 100% fee will be charged.
•No-show : 100% of the total price will be charged.
•Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to approval by the hotel or supplier.
•Otherwise, the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
•All payments made are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or non-utilization of the package.
Refund Policy:
•In case of cancellation booking, after cancellation charged, the remaining payment will be kept for next booking. The refund will applicable to be claimed for the next booking within 1 year and no policy to refund by monetary terms.
Terms of Payment:
•A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation for bookings made 40–60 days prior to the service date.
•The 1st 50% deposit (no refund) of total expenses is required within 7days after the booking is confirmed.
•Balance payment must be made 30 working days before the service date or according to the hotel/supplier deadline.
