Booking Policy:

• Reservation booking 7-10 days / (30-60 Days for Peak Period)

• Prices are based on per person, with a minimum of 2 pax to go.

• A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation for bookings made 40–60 days prior to the

service date.

• The booking will be confirmed after the deposit payment will be made.

• The price quoted is merely a quotation. No booking has been made until we receive your

written confirmation.

• The company will not make booking 5 days before arrival date/ tour starts.

• Package prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Sri Sutra Travel reserves the right to alter the itinerary, accommodation, route, or schedule

when necessary or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

 Cancellation policy (not applicable during peak season):

• Cancellation 45 days before the tour starts: a 30% fee will be charged.

• Cancellation 30 days before the tour starts: a 50% fee will be charged.

• Cancellation 15 days before the tour starts: a 100% fee will be charged.

• No-show : 100% of the total price will be charged.

 Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to approval by the hotel or supplier.

 Otherwise, the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.

• All payments made are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or non-utilization of the

package.

Refund Policy:

• In case of cancellation booking, after cancellation charged, the remaining payment will be

kept for next booking. The refund will applicable to be claimed for the next booking within 1

year and no policy to refund by monetary terms.

Terms of Payment:

• A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation for bookings made 40–60 days prior to the

service date.

• The 1st 50% deposit (no refund) of total expenses is required within 7days after the booking

is confirmed.

• Balance payment must be made 30 working days before the service date or according to the

hotel/supplier deadline.
